Bar Staff (18+)

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our supporters while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall fan experience. Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food items efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure all health standards are met.
• Engage with customers and supporters in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. .
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• You must be 18 or over to apply for this position.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
