They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails and a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guest's needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling payments securely
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
• Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during peak hours and special events

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality or restaurant experience, with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Ability to serve confidently while maintaining professionalism in a lively environment
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with serving techniques and responsible alcohol service policies
