Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and accurately
• Take orders from customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle basic math calculations accurately
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and safety
• Ensuring all floor and bar areas are clean and upholding the sites standards!

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
• Experience in bartending, serving, or working in a restaurant environment is preferred
• Understanding of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for billing and inventory management
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Proven ability to work well within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
