Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and other areas.
• Manage cash and card transactions accurately using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving change.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, including recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
• Follow a specific closing down process

Qualifications

• Previous Bar experience is required. Able to take direction a must.
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during high and low volume shifts. and shift start and finish times.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
