Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Take orders from guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age is met in accordance with alcohol regulations
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all guests
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events
• Check on hotel guests and take thwir brealfast orders
• Take food orders and comminicate with the kitchen.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for enthusiastic learners
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving practices is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math proficiency for handling payments and measuring ingredients accurately
