The White House in Inverness is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Bartender to join our team.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a bar, enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering great drinks and excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping to deliver a great experience from the moment our guests arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to a high standard.
• Making cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and soft drinks.
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Following licensing, health and safety and hygiene procedures.
• Working closely with the wider front-of-house team during busy services.
• Helping maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and experienced behind a busy bar.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about drinks.
• Able to make cocktails confidently.
• Reliable, hardworking and organised.
• Able to stay calm and focused during busy services.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.

Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
