Bar Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attentiveness are highly valued. Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables when required
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol legally
