Bar Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and professionalism are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Become a key holder to open & close the bar/pavillion
• Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
• Handle card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about menu items and drinks
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Adhere to responsible serving policies and promote a safe drinking environment

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
• Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
• Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in hospitality and providing outstanding customer service
