Bar Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and organise orders efficiently to ensure smooth bar operations
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system
• Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, beverages, and garnishes
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
• Provide friendly assistance and answer any customer queries promptly
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain high service standards

Skills

• Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.85-£12.80 per hour
