Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Take orders from customers, answer questions about drinks and menu items, and provide friendly recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage cash register transactions, handle payments accurately, and give correct change
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle busy periods with energy

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively and professionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and stay energetic throughout shifts
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating welcoming environments for all guests

Pay: £12.71-£12.80 per hour
