We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Serve a variety of beverages to customers efficiently and courteously
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times
• Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels regularly
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the start and end of shifts
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential
• Good understanding of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
