Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
• Manage cash register transactions and handle basic math calculations for bills and tips
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting positive customer experiences

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued highly
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a bar setting
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
• Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with customers and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
