Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with speed and accuracy
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Verify age and identification for alcohol service in accordance with legal requirements
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills to handle payments and change
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours while managing time effectively

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or bar environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members

Pay: £12.71 per hour
