Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to patrons, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped during service hours.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with setting up events or functions as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
