Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take orders accurately from customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all food safety regulations to promote responsible service.
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in bartending or serving drinks is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
