Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and intervene when necessary in accordance with licensing laws
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively setting
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
