We are looking for someone who can work with us over weekends, for events, game days and week-evening pub events. Flexible rota posted monthly.

Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments with basic maths skills
• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to safety standards and company policies, including food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped throughout service periods
• Provide friendly service
• Adhere to responsible serving practices and promote a safe environment for all patrons
• Assist with opening or closing duties as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
• Strong serving skills with an understanding of customer service principles
• Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a personable manner are essential for creating positive guest experiences

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week
