Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and demonstrate strong bartending skills, along with a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure a safe environment and address any issues promptly.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques, with a solid understanding of drink preparation and presentation.
• Strong basic maths skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
• A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in hospitality is essential ,enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
