Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with precision using basic math skills
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong bartending skills or willingness to develop them through training opportunities
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and POS operations
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Pay: £12.71-£19.55 per hour
