Bar Staff

Job Summary
13th Street Pub and Grill is seeking dependable Bar Staff to support beverage service, guest needs, and daily bar operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and comfortable working as part of a team in a busy pub-and-grill environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar.
• Take and prepare beverage orders accurately or coordinate orders with bartenders.
• Serve beer, cocktails, wine, soft drinks, and other beverages as assigned.
• Keep the bar counter, tables, and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock beverages, glassware, napkins, and other bar supplies.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to service requests.
• Assist bartenders and servers during busy shifts.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, and other assigned bar duties.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, restaurant, serving, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet applicable Nebraska requirements for alcohol service.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
