Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Take orders from guests efficiently and ensure timely delivery of drinks and snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Verify guest identification to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, lively atmosphere and promote repeat visits
• Follow all health, safety, and hospitality regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• must be 18 years+

Pay: £12.85-£19.59 per hour
