Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver prompt, friendly service to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage transactions and handle payments efficiently using basic math skills
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
• Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive environment that encourages repeat visits

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners!
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple orders during peak hours effectively
