Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock storage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
• Manage cash transactions using POS systems with basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Restock supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, safe environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards is advantageous.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations ensures responsible service and guest safety.
• Strong time management skills help you prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
