Bar Staff

Bar Staff – The Three Swords, Guiseley

We’re looking for friendly and reliable Bar Staff to join the team at The Three Swords in Guiseley.

This is a zero-hours role, typically offering 1–2 shifts per week, so it could be a great fit if you’re looking for flexible hospitality work alongside other commitments.

The Three Swords is a busy, welcoming pub, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can keep up when service gets busy and are happy to get stuck into all aspects of the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving drinks and providing friendly, efficient service
• Taking food orders and providing table/food service
• Using the till and taking payments
• Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Helping customers with menu and drinks queries
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams during busy services
• Helping us create a great atmosphere for everyone who comes through the door

Previous bar, pub or hospitality experience would be an advantage, particularly if you’ve worked with food service, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.

You’ll need to be reliable, confident with customers and available for evening and weekend shifts.

If you enjoy good pubs, good food and drink, and being part of a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you.
