We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilising basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Experience

• 18 plus only for this role.
• Previous experience is ideal but training will be provided.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
