Are you a people person who loves working in a lively, fast-paced environment? We’re on the lookout for fun, reliable, and energetic part-time team members to help us deliver unforgettable experiences at Colchester’s most exciting bar!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mixing and serving drinks behind the bar
• Hosting and managing a variety of fun, interactive games
• Keeping the venue clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Creating a friendly, welcoming vibe for all our guests

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Confident and outgoing – not shy with a crowd!
• Flexible with hours (evenings & weekends essential)
• A strong team player with great customer service skills

Bonus Points For:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience (not required but helpful)

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time/Ad-hoc
• Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (plus tips)
• Expected Hours: 6 - 12 hours per week

Schedule Options

• Evening shifts
• Weekends (every or just weekends only)

Must be able to reliably commute to Colchester or plan to relocate before starting.
