Duties

Must be 18 and over

Must hold a valid driving license

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Be able to open and close the clubhouse independently
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service with a friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol licensing laws
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with integrity
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere while upholding food safety and hygiene standards

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is required; training will be provided for enthusiastic newcomers
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving procedures is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests warmly and professionally

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 40.0 per week
