• Prepare and mix a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
• Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere and promote ongoing patron satisfaction
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of each shift

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a focus on customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in food and beverage handling
• Skilled in bartending techniques, including cocktail mixing and garnishing
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while managing multiple orders simultaneously
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and calculating bills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills
