We are seeking friendly Bar Staff to join our hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating an atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Shifts typically include weekend work

Saturday 6pm-1.30am,

Alternate Sundays 11am-6pm

Or a full day from 2.30pm-11pm.

Occasionally extra hours during peak seasons or events.

Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using simple till and card systems
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

• Proven experience preferred in hospitality, especially as a bartender or server
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong bartending skills including drink presentation
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
• Effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising service quality
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
