Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and intervene when necessary to prevent over-intoxication or disturbances
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising service quality

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards
• Understanding of food safety regulations relevant to beverage service
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
