Salary: National Minimum Wage or applicable National Living Wage, depending on age and eligibility.

About Bank De León Bank de León is a premium Caribbean-inspired bar, restaurant and cultural venue in the heart of Wolverhampton. We bring together exceptional hospitality, Caribbean-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, live music and exciting events to create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused bar staff who take pride in delivering excellent service and contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages to our service standards.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory checks.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Check identification where required and comply with licensing laws.
• Support live music nights, private parties and special events.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Help create a premium guest experience that reflects the Bank de León brand.
