Job Summary

Estabulo Rodizio & Bar - Leeds The Light is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join its team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve drinks, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organised bar area, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Job Description

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take drink orders accurately and serve beverages promptly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to customer requests.
• Mix cocktails and prepare other beverages following established recipes where required.
• Operate the till and process cash, card, and contactless payments.
• Keep the bar, counters, and service areas clean and organised.
• Clean and polish glassware and maintain bar equipment.
• Restock drinks, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Answer customer questions about drinks and available options.
• Work with restaurant colleagues to maintain efficient service.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and age-verification requirements.
• Assist with opening, closing, and end-of-shift cleaning duties.
• Respond to customer feedback politely and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Interest in drinks preparation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.
• Strong teamwork and organisational abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Understanding of hygiene and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Pay: £13.00-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.0 per week
