Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve crafting beverages, managing orders, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised bar area.
• Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service and satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming experience, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for managing transactions and handling cash accurately.
• A commitment to food safety practices and an understanding of responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to enhance guest interactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
