Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Perform basic maths calculations for drink recipes and inventory management.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety practices within a kitchen or restaurant environment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Basic culinary skills to assist with food preparation when required.
• Familiarity with hospitality principles and practices is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for accurate order taking and inventory tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
