Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Follow food safety standards and health regulations diligently to uphold hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy night hours and assist in closing procedures.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bartending or serving roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent bartending skills with the ability to mix drinks confidently and creatively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
