Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery with a positive attitude
• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in billing
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy night shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in serving beverages
