Bar Staff/Waitress

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff/Waitress to join our vibrant team.

We have just completed a refurbishment and want someone to join our established team.

Training will be provided for the right person, Mainly what we need is someone with a kind heart and a bubbly personality to take care of our loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
• Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately
• Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining inventory levels
• Providing friendly advice on menu items and specials to guests
• Adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
• Managing multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods while maintaining excellent service quality
• Supporting team members to ensure smooth operation of the venue

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and bills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• A personable attitude with strong communication skills suitable for engaging with diverse customers

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
