Bar Supervisor - Bokashi Berawa

1. Support Bar Manager

• Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop strategies for improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between bar staff and management, conveying feedback, concerns, and suggestions as needed.

2. Team Leadership

• Trained and supervised bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items, drink recipes, and service standards.
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
• Assist the Bar Manager in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.

3. Service Excellence

• Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the bar's reputation and brand identity.

4. Operational Oversight

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Assist and support the management in the implementation of promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue.

5. Staff Training and Development

• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, 86’d items, and VIP arrivals.
• Attend and conduct training sessions to improve staff performance in cooperation with brand standards

6. Administrative Tasks

• Assist the Bar Manager with administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Help ensure compliance with legal regulations, including liquor licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.
