Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and develop staff performance, including knowledge, technical skills, work quality, behavior, coaching, motivation, discipline for repeated errors, and continuous training for MK/bartenders/servers.
2. Empower the team by reviewing performance and productivity to ensure consistent service and hospitality standards.
3. Deliver fast and responsive service to guest needs for F&B and additional services with a friendly, relaxed, and engaging approach.
4. Demonstrate strong menu knowledge by creating new beverage menus (cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, wine, etc.), food pairing, and executing upselling & cross-selling strategies (signature drinks, promotions, events).
5. Drive pool bar sales performance by achieving sales targets, preparing daily reports, and providing strategic business recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/F&B Service/Hospitality Management with at least 1 year of experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 5-star hotel.
• Professional and energetic, communicative personality, active English proficiency, and additional foreign languages as an advantage.
• Skilled in preparing cocktails, mocktails, coffee, smoothies, beverage pairing, and strong understanding of pool bar SOPs (order taking, serving, upselling, guest handling).
• Capable of handling sales reports, stock reports, staff rostering, POS systems (VHP or similar), order input, billing, revenue monitoring, and daily pool bar reporting.
• Monitor beverage usage, conduct inventory/stock opname, control cost vs revenue, and comply with hygiene, sanitation, pool bar safety (K3), and HACCP standards.
