Bar Supervisor

About the role

Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining beverage quality standards, supervising bar staff, and maximizing sales while controlling costs. The role ensures compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during operating hours.
• Monitor beverage preparation and presentation according to hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the bar area.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures of the bar.
• Ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in bar operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and beverage service.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
