Bar Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the bar floor, staff, and service quality during shifts.
• Lead the Team: Train, schedule, and support bartenders and barbacks.
• Control Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and prevent waste.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow local alcohol laws, health codes, and safety rules.
• Provide Great Service: Greet guests, handle complaints, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle Cash: Manage the register, reconcile daily sales, and process transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in a busy hospitality setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification: Valid bartending or responsible alcohol service certification (if required locally).
