Bar Supervisor

About the role

Working closely with the management team, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar operations at Dear Darnell's, a busy neighbourhood restaurant and bar in Witchcliffe focused on great food, quality drinks and relaxed, genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the bar and FOH team
• Maintaining high standards of service
• Cocktail preparation and consistent drink quality
• Training and developing bar staff
• Stock control, ordering and maintaining bar par levels
• Opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliation
• Helping keep service organised, efficient and fun
• Contributing ideas for cocktails and seasonal drinks

About you

• Has solid cocktail and bar experience
• Has previous supervisory or senior FOH experience
• Is confident leading a team during busy services
• Has excellent customer service skills and good banter over the bar
• Is organised, reliable and takes ownership of their role
• Can work independently while being a strong team player
• Holds a valid WA RSA
• Is available to work weekends
