Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bar Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate bar staff and daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and requisitions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and supplies.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.
• Train and guide bar staff on service standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar/restaurant supervisory role preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
• Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
