Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team, providing training on drink preparation, bartending techniques, and customer service
• Oversee beverage presentation, ensuring consistency in every drink.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across the bar area
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; place orders to ensure stock availability
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and managing guest consumption responsibly

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on bar operations
• Strong background in bartending and people management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
