Bar Supervisor

Job Summary
The Castle Hotel are looking for a bar supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet & check-in guests ensuring a friendly first impression
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle payments accurately
• Ensure the team & restaurant are ready for service with any menu updates having been communicated clearly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Barista & cocktail experience is a plus but not mandatory
• An approachable person with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends (unless otherwise discussed)
