Bar Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in the bar, food & beverage, or hospitality industry, with managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in managing daily bar operations.
• Knowledgeable in inventory control, ordering, cost control, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and people-management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve bar performance and overall business results.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have solid experience in a related field and demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
