Emerald Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Bar & Venue Supervisor to join our team.

We're looking for a confident leader who takes initiative, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the role

Working closely with our Bar Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our club.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising daily bar and venue operations
• Leading and supporting our bar team
• Confidently managing shifts and overseeing venue operations in the Bar Manager's absence
• Assisting with the coordination and delivery of functions, events and promotions
• Overseeing bar and gaming operations while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
• Managing cash handling, opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and operational efficiency

About you

• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
• Current RSA and RSG certificates
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Experience supervising staff and managing busy shifts
• Confidence in handling customer enquiries and resolving operational challenges
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a varied roster
• Experience in gaming operations and coordinating functions or events will be highly regarded
