Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we're looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional bar experience. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the bar, lead shifts, coach team members and ensure every guest enjoys outstanding service in a fun, energetic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the bar team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Support team training, coaching and development to Kingpin standards.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and maintaining bar presentation.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling and premium service.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, safety and company standards.
• Work closely with venue leaders to deliver seamless operations and events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
• Strong cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
• Current RSA certification.
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
