Bar Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily beverage/bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and monitor the beverage team to maintain service and product standards.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and other healthy beverages.
• Maintain beverage recipes, quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Manage beverage stock, inventory, ordering, and wastage control.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained in the beverage area.
• Assist in developing and improving healthy beverage menus and recipes.
• Monitor beverage costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Handle operational issues and provide solutions during service.
• Ensure the team follows company SOPs and maintains a high standard of guest service.
• Support the Bar Manager in daily operations, reporting, and team development.

Work Location: In person
