Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the bar area, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff in bartending techniques, customer service excellence, and responsible alcohol service
• Manage inventory levels for beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and legal requirements related to serving alcohol and food handling

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending with a strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Prior supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team under fast-paced conditions
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.95 per hour
